Eleanor Apartments is a standout in the Sacramento cityscape, featuring an exterior mural wrap which tells an imaginative, surreal story. Groundswell continued the aesthetic and spirit of this exterior story on the interior, providing large scale canvas giclée framed prints for the corridors, a stunning custom lobby installation created on site, and exotic fine art prints in Groundswell-made frames for the leasing office and model unit.

Inspiration for the interior art Groundswell provided Eleanor Apartments began with the building's exterior mural which wraps around all four sides of the structure. Titled, "A Journey into Curiosity," we used this imaginative and surreal aesthetic as the stepping off point for finding and creating art that continues this visual story.
The majority of the interior art at Eleanor Apartments is by Brandon Gastinell, whose artistic voice is a perfect match for the Eleanor story. Groundswell printed and framed these stunning 36"x48" canvas giclée prints for the end caps of each corridor .
Framing is an integral part of fulfilling a unique visual voice. Saturated hues and classic library styling are part of the interior design at Eleanor Apartments. In keeping with that style, we chose these deep black and gold float frames for the large canvas works.
