H16 Apartments opened their doors in 2020, welcoming residents to contemporary, light-filled spaces in midtown. Groundswell provided an eclectic mix of in-house printed artworks for the H16 corridors, leasing office, model units, and lobby. Featuring primarily local artists, the images and framing styles at H16 are decidedly crisp, vibrant, modern and youthful, as is H16 and those who call it home.
